Library Hours

• The Harris County Law Library is located in the Congress Plaza Building on the corner of Fannin and Congress.The address is 1019 Congress, 17^th floor.
• Parking - A parking garage is conveniently located next to the building and metered parking is available through out the area. The garage in the Congress Plaza building is for contract parking ONLY.
• Books - Patrons are welcome to take their time doing research in the library. Unfortunately, the books in the library are not available for circulation. (They may not be checked out.)
• Copies - The law library has copiers available for patrons. The copiers do not accept change so a copy card will need to be purchased. The law library will accept cash and check for payment, but the staff can not process credit or debit cards. All photocopying machines close 15 minutes prior to the library's closing.
