The Kashmere Annex (Harris County Annex #36), 3815 Cavalcade, Houston, Texas 77026, was opened in
1996 by Harris County Precinct One.
The purpose of this annex is to provide an array of community-based referrals, resources and services to help constituents live constructive,
productive and fulfilling lives and assist in building a community both in spirit and as a place. The annex is open 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday,
and it serves residents in the Kashmere Gardens, Greater Fifth Ward and areas of north and northeast Houston.
