In 1999, Harris County Precinct One and the City of Houston entered into an agreement whereas;
Precinct One is responsible for renovations, maintenance, and operations of Lincoln Park and the Community Center. The pool at Lincoln will
continue to be operated and maintained by the City of Houston.
