Captain Monroe Wilkerson is a 27 year law enforcement veteran and
handles all administrative operations, personnel, training, firearms, reserve
and fleet services for Precinct 7.

Captain J.M. Phillips is a 21 year law enforcement veteran, who is
over Field Operations; which includes Patrol, Contract Patrol, and Toll Road
Enforcement.

Deputy |

Law enforcement veteran of 30 years with Harris County Constable Precinct 7
worked in areas of administrative, G.R.E.A.T Public Relations and special
operations. Captain Armstrong is over all Reserve Deputies, including Reserve
Deputy assignments.

Lieutenant assists the Captains’ in field activities and works directly with
the Sergeants.

| Roberta Ewing, Chief Clerk |

Ewing holds the distinction of being “The First African-American Chief
Clerk in the State of Texas." She worked for Harris County for 27 years and
retired on December 31,1999 No longer in retirement, Ewing is back at Precinct
7 in the capacity of Chief Clerk. Ewing is responsible for the management
of the Communications Division and also manages the Civil clerks, who are
responsible for processing court orders.

| Deann Collins, Clerk-Media/Public

Collins, a 30-year broadcast veteran is best known for her work as a
News/Community Affairs Director and Sunday Morning Live talk show host for
Majic 102 FM radio, during the 70’s and 80’s. Collins is responsible for
publicizing Precinct 7 activities, programs, coordinating press events, writing
and editing the website and the newsletter and other projects.

Ms. Muniz is a 30 year retired Houston Police Department Clerk; is
responsible for scheduling Constable Walker's itinerary and performing other
duties at the Constable's discretion.
