The Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences has established a dynamic academic environment dedicated to the advancement of the forensic sciences. Many of our forensic pathologists, anthropologists and scientists are adjunct professors at nearby academic institutions. In addition, our forensic center offers unique learning opportunities for visiting medical students, lawyers, law enforcement officers and physicians.
