Harris County Information Technology will provide information and communication services necessary for the daily operation and growth for Harris County departments. The department will function as a complete information utility providing evaluation and implementation of advanced data, applications, teleprocessing and radio systems. Information Technology will be responsible for identifying and exploiting the benefits of these advanced approaches for the most cost-effective operation and future growth of Harris County departments.
