Constable Gary L. Freeman created this program to better serve the citizens of precinct two and to better promote child welfare.

Many single  parents struggle to provide food, clothing, education and without the help of mothers or fathers also known as (Deadbeat parents) who should contribute to provide welfare to their children.

Constable Freeman on a daily basis sends his deputies out to track down and jail Deadbeat parent, not to for the fact of just arresting the individuals, but to encourage these parents to provide for their child.

Constable Freeman works closely with the States Attorney Generals office to assist in tracking down these individuals and bring them to justice.

Child support violation has given rise to an over whelming problem and large steps are being taken to enforce it.
